Contest Rules
These contest rules are specific to the above contest conducted by Entercom [Sacramento, LLC d/b/a [KSEG-FM] (collectively, the “Station”). Except to the extent specifically set forth below with respect to this specific contest, the Station’s general contest rules apply to this contest as well. A copy of these specific contest rules and the Station’s general contest rules are available at the Station’s studio at [5345 Madison Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95841] during regular business hours and on the contest page on the Station’s website at www.eagle969.com. To the extent that the general contest rules differ from these rules, these rules will govern and control with respect to this Contest.
How to Enter
1. No purchase necessary.
2. Beginning April 14 through May 16, 2008, on weekdays only, Station will announce the name and artist of a pre-assigned “song of the day” at approximately 8 am. The “song of the day” will be played once that day between 8 am and 8 pm. The ninth caller to call (916) 766-KSEG (5734) once the “song of the day” has begun each day (must be a full song aired on Station, not a song clip or hook or a portion of a song used in an intro, promotional announcement or advertisement that airs) will win a qualifying prize and will be designated a Contest Finalist, subject to verification of eligibility. Only calls received at the preceding phone number are eligible to participate in this contest. If the designated song plays again later during the day, it will not be considered a winning opportunity and another prize will not be awarded. Only the song as performed by the specific artist named on-air as the performer of the winning song in this contest will qualify as winning opportunities. There will be a total of up to 25 “song of the day” Contest Finalists. WARNING: Online listeners to streamed broadcasts may experience a lag in transmissions due to buffering limitations. Contest Participants should not rely on streamed broadcasts.
3. If the Station does not receive at least 9 calls when a winning “Song of the Day” is first played, the contest will not be repeated. Once 9th caller is received during each contest day, the contest will end for that day and resume with a new contest on the following contesting weekday.
4. The Member Advantage: Persons who are members of the Eagle Club may receive, form time to time, an email informing them in advance of the “Song of the Day” and/or a time range within which it will be played on a particular day. However, they will receive no advantage in calling to win. Membership is free. To become a Member, go to www.eagle969.com. Station is not responsible for failure to receive e-mail or access its website.
How to Win the Grand Prize
5. To participate further in the Contest for a chance to win the Grand Prize, each Contest Finalist must attend the FXCW Rocker Harley Give Away Ceremony on Saturday, May 17th at Harley Davidson of Sacramento located at 1000 Arden Way, Sacramento CA 95815, and arrive no later than 11:50 am. The giveaway ceremony will go from 12:00 pm to 12;30 pm (approx.).
6. Upon arriving at the Grand Prize ceremony, each of the Finalists will be asked to show proof of identification to verify that he or she is a Contest Finalist. Each Contest Finalist will wait in line as a card with their name be placed in an envelope, sealed, and then put into a tumbler. At 12:00 pm (noon) sharp, entry into the Grand Prize Give Away will be closed, except to the extent that Contest Finalists are already waiting in line prior to 11:50 am. The Station will continue to process the entries for those Finalists who joined the line up until 11:50 am. IN ADDITION, FINALISTS (OR THEIR PROXIES) MUST REMAIN AT THE CEREMONY UNTIL THE END OF THE CONTEST (estimated time 30 minutes). If a Finalist is not present and registered or waiting in line to register by 11:50 am, or if a Finalist departs from the line prior to registering or leaves the event prior to the completion of the ceremony for any reason, that Finalist will be automatically disqualified from further participation in this contest.
7. At approx. 12:00 pm, the Station will begin the reverse drawing. The Station will designate a person who will randomly select an envelope from a tumbler drum. With each envelope selected, the person whose name is inside that envelope will be announced and the Finalist whose entry is represented is out of the running. The Station will continue to select envelopes in this fashion until one envelope remains. The final envelope left in the tumbler will be the Grand Prize Winner of the FXCW Rocker Harley Davidson Motorcycle.
8. Odds of becoming a Contest Finalist depend upon the number of calls received at the time of contest play. Odds of a Contest Finalist winning the grand prize will be no greater than 1:25.

9. FINALIST PRIZES: Each Contest Finalist will receive a $100 gift certificate redeemable at either Harley Davidson of Sacramento or Harley Davidson of Elk Grove AND a $100 Raley’s/Bel Air Aisle 1 gas gift card redeemable at participating locations. A maximum of 25 finalist prizes will be awarded.
10. GRAND PRIZE: One (1) grand prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize for this contest is one (1) 2008 Harley Davidson FXCW Rocker Motorcycle. ESTIMATED RETAIL VALUE: $19,080, COLOR: Vivid black Deluxe, MILEAGE: Approximately 50 miles. Grand Prize winner, if any, must provide their name, address, phone number, social security number and a photograph of a valid driver’s license within 10 business days following the Event. IN LIEU OF WINNING THE FXCW ROCKER HARLEY DAVIDSON MOTORCYCLE, GRAND PRIZE WINNER MAY ELECT TO TAKE A CASH PRIZE OF $15,000.00 SO LONG AS A RELEASE AGREEMENT IS TIMELY EXECUTED BY WINNER RELEASING THE DEALERSHIP AND STATION FROM THE BALANCE OF FULL VALUE OF THE PRIZE. Winner will be required to sign a prize election form identifying their choice within 10 days of the Event. Grand Prize Winner shall be solely responsible for obtaining and payment of any federal or state required registration, inspection, insurance coverage, and taxes. (State and/or local sales tax must be paid on the total value of the Vehicle prior to receiving the prize, which is estimated at (sales tax) $1,482.98, (Doc Fee) $55, and $176 (license). In addition, Grand Prize Winner shall receive an IRS Form 1099 and such prize will be reported to the Internal Revenue Service for the 2008 tax year for the fair market value of the vehicle or the cash, based upon winner’s election. Additional information regarding the warranty, pick-up/delivery, and additional information will be mailed to the winner within 20 business days of winning the prize. Winner will be required to complete all relevant documents and to pick up the Vehicle at Harley Davidson of Sacramento located at 1000 Arden Way in Sacramento, CA during regular business hours.

Other Rules Specific to This Contest
12. ONE WINNER PER HOUSEHOLD. Only the first chronological Contest Finalist in this contest will be recognized as a winner in thus contest and subsequent household members will be disqualified from winning any prize or participating further in this contest.
